It's a little impolite to say so and I certainly wish Tanner Morgan a speedy and full recovery, but it's going to be a chuckle when the Gabe Jacas Rule is implemented in college and NFL football for the rest of all time.
But honestly, it's just a freak thing. Jacas' hand was in much more danger than Morgan's head in that situation, but stuff happens in football.
