That was more tense at the end than I wanted but can I complain? All I ever wanted from Illinois football was: (1) please don't embarass me, (2) be entertaining for four quarters, and (3) win. Check all three boxes. Terrific way to start the era.
Huge win, some things to work on but a great start to a new era of Illinois football.
