Sorry I wasn’t watching for the first half. But I watched to make sure we brought it in the second!
We have played 3 unranked opponents and looked less than stellar in the first half yet rebounded to take control in the second. Whether this is intentional to not give away too much to upcoming much tougher opponents is hard to tell. Games get tougher from here and bad halfs may be too much to overcome. Secondly, after less than stellar first halfs, we have had large leads in the 4th quarter. Yet our quarterback stays in the game. What is the point of that? Let our backup quarterback run the offense to put points on the board and not just take a knee. How does that prepare him for when we may need him later in the season?

A 3-0 start to this special season is just what the doctor ordered.......following a familiar theme so far we start out slow on our 1st half offense then roar back at the start of the 3rd quarter and get some early TD's and end up with a 38-0 shutout.....
our D provided the spark at the half with a determined goal line stand and the adjustments by the coaching staff we cruise to the victory......................
