When Tommy DeVito graduated, I was concerned that the QB position would be a problem like it has been for much of the last 20+ years. Luke said "hold my beer", and is now one of my favorite Illini of all time. His work this year developing great synergy with our receivers (shout-out especially to Hank) after losing his 2 primary targets from last season to the NFL has been amazing to watch. Great work young man. Wishing you a bright future.
I bet Luke gets drafted in the first 3 rounds next year.

Luke with a career best 396 passing yards and Hank Beatty with 180 + receiving yards.............so many defensive secondary breakdowns by both teams and purdont receivers dropped at least a dozen catchable passes........
We won and that's all that matters and go to 5-1 for the season and 2-1 in the B$G....................Now we have another great opportunity to shock the college FB world in front of another BNK and a nationwide audience....Great game Illini......

Truthfully I put more blame on the Purdue receivers Browne threw for decent yardage didn't turn over the ball and his receivers dropped at least 1 or 2 passes that could've been touchdowns
