we got some timely big shots from a bunch of guys too - Tomi, Jake and Ben all hit big momentum threes in the second half. Feels like everyone brought their best mental game and it was awesome to watch.

Mirk, Wagler and AS were fantastic, but its been amazing watching Jake Davis out there. Had some clutch rebounds and actually finished with more rebounds than TI. Hes going to end up being one of my favorite Illinois players of all time.

Woo! Still riding high after that win! Happy Friday Illini Nation!!

So maybe it's the aura of the win last night, but I wasn't impressed with Flemings? Maybe it was just our defensive pressure. He's listed as 6'4", but he didn't look that. Comparing the freshmen, I also though Keaton was much smoother with the ball.

I do have to say that I LOVE having a tall team. It gives us so many advantages and I hope we keep recruiting to have height advantages at all positions.

I was sick to my stomach at halftime when Bruce Pearl was criticizing Illinois’ multiple-foul strategy right before the half. It’s bad enough to hear that man’s voice, but it’s even worse when I agree with him. đŸ€ąđŸ€ź

I try not to watch that postgame show with Satan. I don’t mind Mashburn but he was so pro Houston and Sampson last night. Even after the game. Please Coach Self, retire just to take over that seat.
