For most of the game I thought we were going to lose. Fortunately we were able to turn it back on in the second half and ended with a solid win. Nice job guys!

I don't think we get that luxury again. From here on out, we better be ready at the start. I really want to see them take this all the way for the seniors. (MT has lots of physical limitations, but he was working his butt off last night.)

Illinois' top 3 leading scorers have only 6 combined NCAA tournament game appearances in their careers, none past the first weekend.

This is cherry-picking at it's best. Hill's 0-fer really makes that stat impressive. Truly an outlier, and a very sad one at that.

Everybody got in this game except DJW. I guess it's safe to say that he is as good as gone. Wouldn't be surprised if he announces his intentions to transfer the day after our season ends.
