Great to have BAM back, hopefully AS is back next game well rested as well! BAM adds so much steadiness and solid D.

Mirk, keep it up brother! Man he's playing well lately. Tomi also starting to fire on all cylinders on both ends. Get big Z back on track and let's make a run at this thing!

Had to have this one, and the guys played well even tho the threes were not falling!

Kind of a weird game. Both teams started out fast. Looked like it would be a 90-85 type of game. Then a ton of missed threes.

Indiana is not good.

Very bittersweet victory, today.

Bitter because it just further proves that we woulda won by double digits against both MSU and Wisconsin with Boswell, and we would have been raving about our 16th straight right now and possibly getting into the top two tomorrow.

Sweet because Boswell is back much sooner than we all expected. Over a month ahead of schedule, too. And his impact was immediate upon return, en route to a dominant victory against Indiana. I personally consider that a revenge game for the football disaster. Lol.

Now it's time for a little LA road trip(Ew.). Beat the crap out of both LA schools and we're on a 3-game winning streak, with a lot of momentum heading into the matchup with scUM.

Defense was great and I feel like outside of Wilkerson and Alexis, nobody else from IU got going. Neutralizing DeVries was important and they seemed to have done that. We have 5 guys who can go off on any given game between Wagler, Mirkovic, Stojakovic, Tomi, and Boswell. That's a whole lot for any team to have to deal with and prepare for. Great bounce back game!

A lot of assists by Ben today.

Great to see Boswell back. Really missed him as a ball handler and defender. Was even more magnified by AS absence.

Illini took care of business today like they should have against a much smaller Hoosier squad.

We shot very poorly but I wouldn’t go this far

In fact the 7-31 from three makes a 20 point win even more impressive imo

That’s probably the most encouraged I’ve felt after a win all season. Didn’t shoot well, but dominated the margins and brought a ton of energy and connectedness on defense. You’re going to have postseason games where you miss threes. How do you manage to win? Tonight is the reason why Illinois can be so good.
