It will be retired tomorrow and put in a frame - hung in either my home office, possibly the man cave.
In the meantime, I’m logging off loyalty for a couple hours as my beautiful bride and I will be visiting our go to bar and grill and I will be buying cocktails for anyone that responds to my chant with a loud and proud - “I N I” ! ! !
(Yes - my wife gets it and supports my passion)

My only wish is that I could tip a glass tonight with my compadres and brethren from Illinois Loyalty.

I’m in the Caymans for two weeks or I would be tracking you down. First time I ever listened to the Illini over the radio (on the innernet thingy) . . . it didn’t suck!

He also left his man at the end there, to prevent a 3 by a guy who probably would have made it, thus leaving WIDE OPEN a guy who missed, although not by much. Good D as it turns out~! LOL

Love Belo, but he was 4 for 12 w 4TOs. He had timely makes and timely rebounds but there were moments he slowed our offensive rhythm. I myself wanted him on the floor the last 8 minutes, but also can understand someone else's frustration. B1G TEN CHAMPS!

He was all B10 defense tonight. He was as active as he has ever been tracking his man from the 3pt line in. He gave Murray absolutely nothing off the dribble 1on1. And he crashed the boards hard. This is the Kofi who we saw peeks of earlier in the season. He plays like that game in game out, sky is the limit for him.
