Remember the guy who marveled at our 2022 1pt win over Chattanooga, claiming this team canāt hold the opposition to 53?
Watching in person you can see all the things Ben does, glad to see him get those steals and 3 pointer. Andrej burst came at a great time, offense went stale and it seemed like we list confidence in making shots. Hope Andrej, Tomi, Z and Mirc come back. Solid core.

There is so much to like about our 2025-2026 team. No matter what happens from here, I'm going to miss this team and the different characters and personalities that we have.
I think we can go all the way. But it is going to take some luck, since there are about 10 teams with the potential to win it all.
I hope and pray that most of these guys will return next season. We have a group that gels so well together and they genuinely look like they have fun together and are friends on and off the court. I'm hoping they band together, and stick together. I know we will lose Boswell and Humrichous, and Wagler will most likely go pro, but I would love to see the remainder stick around.
Thank you coach Brad Underwood for making March fun again!!! We spent several years being left out of the tourney. We have our coach. Like any fan-coach relationship or any normal relationship, I do yell at the TV sometimes and wish you would have called a timeout, maybe called a different play. But at the end of the day we love you coach and hope you can retire someday from Illinois with a NATTY under your belt !!!!!
