It’s funny. They were looking for a traditional “hook and hold” but that seemed to be more in the spirit of a flagrant than most traditional “hook and holds” that I’ve seen. It was a non basketball tactic that could have hurt the player fouled who was going to the ground and lost the arm he could have braced his fall with.

Agree totally. And there will be no repercussions for any of the people charged with making that obvious observation and call. It's the biggest elephant in the B10 room and they have no interest whatsoever in fixing it.

That will be a training video of what a hook and hold is and what it is trying to prevent. Could have broken Keaton's arm/hand. Very intentional and flagrant.
What radio channel is the post game
We imposed our will on them in the 2nd half. Outscored them 45-30 and wore them down into submission. Special effort in a hostile environment vs a top 5 team that was coming off a loss. We handed them their only home L just like they did to us in December. Revenge is oh so sweet.

All I know is in the last 5 minutes we need to just give him the ball and get out the way. Few freshman have ever been that way at Illinois.
Do not include me in that bunch. He brings skills no one else has on this team. He is our best finisher at the basket, even a bit better than Keaton as he is quicker and can do it skillfully with both hands. He is also improving, mostly due to focus and effort and likely practice drills, his defense. Closing the gap on his potential, which is a next level career. If he only had his Dad's shooting skills......
