Watching this team is just pure basketball joy. In my younger days (last year and earlier this year), I would get rattled when things started going off the rails. But the vibe of this team is different than any Illini team I can recall since 2004-05. Nothing seems to shake them. Even missing Boswell. They just keep coming at you. I imagine they are no fun to play against.
such a fun game to watch. The gif of Z blocking a shot and whipping it off Nebraska, Damonte Williams style will live forever. Combine that with Tomi's touch pass to Davis for a huge 3, and the brothers Ivisic made some ridiculous plays.
