Anybody catch the comedy at the end? We inbound the ball with 10.0 seconds and get a 10 second violation at 3.9. Fun game. Also enjoyed sitting next to the band, those guys are awesome.

You guys have convinced me that the "look" did not represent any sign of trouble. Actually makes me like Malcolm even more now that I see it that way! Maverick has really looked good in recent games and I would agree with that sentiment. If he could improve his defense a bit then we will not have a "position of need" next year. Announcers made a good point in game when they said the addition of Mike Thorne helped to push MM's game this Fall.

We had already taken a few secs off the 10 count previous to that inbounds, don't remember if we called a t.o. or if the ball had gotten knocked out of bounds, but I remember thinking to myself that the players had forgotten it and were about to get a 10 count

This. One of the new rules this year is the 10 second count does not reset if the ball is knocked out of bounds. Since we didn't call a timeout we had less than 10 seconds to get the ball over half-court.
