Who would have thought the the offense would look when they started attacking the basket instead of being so one dimensional and just chucking up 3's. Gameplan should be to attack the basket and let penetration and ball movement create good opportunities from 3 that are in rhythm.

Also, Kasparis is going to play himself out of the lottery if this keeps up(he's been compiling stats but feel like Indiana was his last really good game). I feel like he has fallen too in love with the step backs and just needs to let the 3's come to him when he's in rhythm and save the difficult ones for when you really need it late in the shot clock.

Tre White has also been nearly invisible since the Penn State game. Feel like he would also benefit from attacking the basket. Sidenote: need Davis to put up a 20 pt game to get to 9 guys.

THE GOOD

The thing I always liked about Morez during summer play, he was a beast on rebounds in a run and gun get my shots game. Not afraid to do the dirty work no one else did.

This is the Will Riley we need.

DGL is the heart of this team.

Having Tomi back was huge.

THE BAD

Free throws and 3-pointers not falling.

Need the earlier Kasparas back. (Is earlier injury still bothering him?)

Happy to eat crow after we looked DEAD two minutes into the 2nd half. Good on BU for scrapping the !!!!!! chuck threes offense and putting the team on the floor to DRIVE. THE. BALL against this team.

Kylan
Will
DGL
Tomi
Morez

This is the lineup right now. You want to start KJ, I'm fine with that but with a very short leash right now. Any silly TO, head to the bench. It's killing us, along with missed FTs. I would not be shocked to hear his injury is lingering after today's game.

If this doesn't serve as a sign that the silly 40 threes a game offense is horse bleep, then I don't know what will. Very happy for the sorely needed win. Hopefully up from here!

Good to see us right the ship…

DGL, Morez, and Will…awesome! Great to see them shine and be rewarded with PT.

I hope this has a positive effect as a reality check and as a morale builder for some that might of got complacent/overly cocky.

It was great to see the staff make some, successful in-game adjustments. (I’m so happy…I won’t even complain about the press breaker…at the end…ahhhhem…too much)

Wow, a line up change & in game adjustment all in the same game.

Ugly, but it worked! Boswell seems to be better off the bench, KJ just had an off day, and Morez is a beast.
It's been more than an off day for KJ. It's been an off four games. He's going to have his feelings hurt for a while because I'm a couple of games, his miscues have cost us.

He's unplayable late.

That's discussion for another time. Let's enjoy this MUCH NEEDED win.

Might prove to be a big win. Showed they can be highly effective getting to the rim. KB finally righted the ship…anyone can get going on this team!

It's good to have Tomas back. Although he had some nice, open looks in the first half, Tomas struggled.

However, he had two huge close-to-the-basket FGs that kept his team in the game.

When he's off, get down to the damn rim and score!

Keep shooting the open shots, though. They will fall.

Yes 100%!! Not only was that our best offensive lineup today, it’s probably our best defensive lineup too moving forward.
