Me too, And I believe it tickled the twine from 29! A Gonnella Bread great play! The ghost of Red Rush.
And that shot was swella fella, just like Gonnella: Classic line by Red Rush that we old guys heard several times a game in listening to Loyola Chicago basketball during the '60s

Tre had one bad month, likely due to his illness and doghouse stuff.
He has looked great, as you say, for the last three weeks. Can Tre look great for a season? Can he accept Underwood as his coach for an entire season? That's what BU has to assess. Get it right, head coach. Let's win.

Painter is always a joy to listen to and he's a class act through and through (y)
He’s a good, good dude. It seems like he’s pretty good friends with Underwood and seems to be at a lot of charity events Brad organizes. In a profession where you have a lot of externally-facing healthy egos, he seems to be an exception to that.

Sorry if this has been posted but thought this was an interesting overview of where we are at after this game from The Field of 68.

😊That is fabulous news. With him back in the rotation I'm really looking forward to the next several weekends. Really hope we get another shot at Maryland and MSU.
I hope every team we play through the national championship game has pulled a major upset prior to our game, and that the pundits conclude that we have had the luckiest and most fortuitous run to a national title in the history of sports.

As my Purdue alum better half and I watched Friday night, she reminded me how during the Michigan game, I paced the
room in the course of the commercials. The second half I plodded about during the time outs and . . . . She's a keeper, no?

I'll take it. That's how UConn won a 2 years ago. I know they played a 5 seed St. Mary's in the 2nd round but cmon it's St Mary's.

That was essentially Kansas in 1988

As a 6 seed beat 11 Xavier
Beat 14 seed Murray State (which beat 3 NC state)
Beat 7 seed Vanderbilt (which beat 2 Pittsburgh)
Beat 4 Kansas State (which beat 1 Purdue)
Beat 2 seed Duke (which beat 1 Temple)
Beat 1 Oklahoma (which beat 1 Arizona)

KU was the beneficiary of five upsets before facing heavy favorite Oklahoma in the title game. Granted, Duke in the final four was no slouch, but it was still an upset.

My DVR ended at the 2:45 remaining mark when we were down 5 and looking sloppy. I was assuming this was a loss and I’m still trying to piece together what went so right down the stretch. Jaw dropped to the floor seeing we won by 8. Uhhhmazing!
Reminds me of my reaction with the Arizona comeback. Was helping the wife photograph a wedding during the game!
