Morez has 51 rebounds in 93 minutes played.Just have to give a massive shoutout to Morez. The defense with/without him on the floor is night and day. I’d LOVE to see more Morez/Tomi 4/5 combos going forward. Once Morez gets a bit stronger with the ball on those rolls, he’s going to be incredible.
I think that is exactly what Tre White is doing, plus 13-14 on FT. I like Ty a lot. But, I can;t agree with this.At this point I’m certain Ty Rodgers would do more for this team than Tre White. We already got 4 guys in the lineup that can all shoot the 3. There is room for a 5th guy to do all the dirty work and play the dunker spot which Ty could.
That’s 21.9 rebounds per 40 minutes. Pretty darn good.Morez has 51 rebounds in 93 minutes played.
Yeah, I noticed that he seems to be getting more minutes in the last few games: 14 against UMES and 9 against Little Rock. Sure, they were blowout games, but he is getting more than Booth now. And I think he was substituted into the game in the first half of at least one of those games. Maybe he has been impressing BU in practice.I thought so too. I had written Davis off as a blowout cleanup guy or emergency only (i.e. injuries...) but glad to see him play and look like he belonged as well. So many things to like about yesterday's win.

No one is willing to pay for journalism these days so budgets get cut and quality declines, as infinitum.awesome pic:

And be honest, Morez is already better except for passing.Morez is who took Ty’s spot
Arkansas apparently didn't know how to defend our P&R in thus early season. By Jan people will focus on that and we will need to adjust. It was a big time win. The 3 pt. shooting was no surprise, given the wide open looks we got; great ball movement made that happen....KJ is the real deal and maybe a reliable go-to guy late in close games. Riley got schooled by big, strong defenders; he almost looked lost out there. Given how young he is, there's plenty of time to develop. You leave Tomi open on the perimeter and he will make you pay. Not much to complain about defensively either. Now is the time to strap it on for the next 3 games.
It is a rare thing to see a player at his size and age who can understand and manipulate time and space on a basketball floor the way he does.I understand that perfection is the goal, but finding flaws in KJ's game is kinda like saying Pru's neighbor ladies aren't great cooks. KJ probably wasn't looking for his shots enough the first few games, but Brad has fixed that. He's like having a coach on the floor the way he adapts his game every game.
We can make the argument about the calls... but he was a matchup problem. JMO - don't think Morez on him would've been the worst idea.
We don't really have the big, versatile wing this year who can lockdown (especially now that Ty's gone). Gonna have to figure that out.
On the positive side, don't think we'll have much of a concern this year about big guys going off in the post night in and night out. Better this year than leaving Coleman 1 on 1.
16pts, 22reb (but 6pf) per 40.Morez has 51 rebounds in 93 minutes played.

I'm sure we will. BU is doing a very good job of mixing, matching and blending with this unique group.Arkansas apparently didn't know how to defend our P&R in thus early season. By Jan people will focus on that and we will need to adjust.
