Not sure the exact time on the clock, but there was a point, probably a little before the mid-point of the 2nd half, where it seemed Illinois finally baited Wisconsin into trading baskets and getting up and down the floor. It was back and forth, going from tied to Illinois trailing with each trip back and forth, but it definitely felt the tempo finally broke (Storr had a nice oop layup during this stretch). One of the announcers mentioned how prolific both offenses were looking, but it just seemed like a matter of time before Wisconsin was going to falter, not unlike that kid running the 400 meter that you can tell was way out front of his pace on the far straight away. Wisconsin then missed 2 shots and all the sudden the Illini were up 5. Then they started the stretches where they would get up 7 only to let the Badgers back in before finally pulling away. I am not comfortable with their lack of defense, but watching that stretch today I think I finally became comfortable trusting their persistence on offense. I hope they can keep it up!
