Credit to Brad. He was pissed going into halftime. Whatever he said was exactly the right button to press. This team played like an apex predator in the second half.
This Game is easy!.. (when The Beloved is draining those Threes).
Will Riley is emerging as the heart and soul of the Illini. Such a creative player. He led the separation from this being a close game to an impressive lead.
Illini came out with purpose after halftime. You could see their execution and confidence building as the second half went on. Built up a nice big double-digit lead
with 8 minutes remaining and coasted home from there.
Nice defensive effort. Good floor energy all around. Shot blocking with regularity pestering the Maize Wearers.
Number 15 in the polls goes down. The Unranked Team looks ready to jump back up there.

This team is a different animal when it’s grabbing offensive rebounds (got 19 today). We’re a bad shooting team. Our points per possession is dependent on getting second and third chances. This is the first time since Morez went down that we actually fought for extra looks and it made a world of difference.
The curse of Juwan lives.
Win at Indiana by 20+. Win at Michigan by 20. That’s already a nice season.

Kylan B, Will Riley, Tre White, Jake Riley - all took turns dismantling a piece of Anna Arbor campus.
