Goode got off his feet and took a nasty fall right on his back. That’s going to hurt for days.
AJ Storr doing a pretty good ‘Shannon’ impression out there for a while. But Shannon doing a better one.
Hawkins slaps off a Storr easy layup try... ‘Get that shhii.. outah here!’
Badgers tie Illini at 85... and then... Shannon hits a bomb from Sioux Falls... Illini leads 88-85. Badgers turn it over. Shannon attacks rim and gets fouled. Hits two freethrows.
Wisky misses. Shannon attacks again and bags two more from the stripe. Chants of ‘MVP!-MVP!’ heard on the National broadcast.

Junior’s overall game just keeps getting better and better. Virtually unguardable.

Dain Dainja didn’t fill the stat sheet today but he absolutely changed the entire makeup of that game. He was monumental on both ends in 2H.
And there’s nothing else to say about TSJ. Best 3 game stretch I’ve ever seen an Illini play.
