You can thank Podz for that putback!I bet the over at 172 and won.
He definitely seemed to have his right arm positioned awkwardly post game in the handshake line. Hoping it's a quick recovery. We definitely need his veteran stabilizing presence.Hoping Frazier is OK. The main concern from this game.
he's already had the post game interview ????Like Brad said in the post-game interview this game helps to see where the team is and where they need to improve. Definitely inconsistent as far as effort and intensity so hopefully this can help the players realize what kind of effort it's going to take.
Back and tail bone respectively. DMW was out doing drills pregame, so hopefully not too much of an issue. Hutch landed awkwardly in practice.What were the injuries to DMW and Hutch?
I got pretty nervous when I saw they weren't playing. We look to be a deep team and I want it to stay that way.Back and tail bone respectively. DMW was out doing drills pregame, so hopefully not too much of an issue. Hutch landed awkwardly in practice.
someone in the game thread said DMW had a lower back problem and Hutch had a bruised tailbone (ouch!)What were the injuries to DMW and Hutch?
both should be good to go by Jackson StateI got pretty nervous when I saw they weren't playing. We look to be a deep team and I want it to stay that way.
Trent, too I hope. Glad it's a 11 day layoff although I don't expect Jackson State to be too toughboth should be good to go by Jackson State
I'm sure the sloppy play against a Div2 opponent made his day.Brad got what he wanted.
A win with plenty of good teaching moments.
I missed the first exhibition but caught this one on BTN+. Here are a few observations:
* Trent/DMW/Hutch played just 4 combined minutes due to injury. However, all of them will be in the ultimate 8 man rotation. After tonight, it seems absolutely clear the other 5 will be Curbelo, Kofi, Grandison, Plummer and Hawkins. Presumably the 9th man will be Payne, as a back-up for Kofi.
* Hawkins is our stretch 4 for the next three years. Very nice effort tonight!
* Plummer is a dead-eye from long range. He'll get starter's minutes.
* Goode is currently #1 among the Freshmen
Overall, I'd give us a C+ for tonight's effort.
he's already had the post game interview ????
he's on radio interview nowJust a 2 question sideline interview
Pretty sure we will have a 9 man rotation and Payne will back up Kofi. Agree with rest of rotation. Bummer on Hutch, believe he gives us the tall athletic player at the combo guard position that CoHawk gives us at the 4. Hutch needs every game minute before the schedule gets tougher.I missed the first exhibition but caught this one on BTN+. Here are a few observations:
