Great game, we looked like we were the team we all thought we were earlier in the season. Love the progression of Will, let's hope some deep pockets open wide enough to keep him around another year. Hate that in todays game we only get see the really good ones for a year or two, but it is what it is.

Maybe, but they certainly know more than us.

That was a fine perfomance to watch. A well-coached game. Defense was good. Offense had movement and screens and cross-action. All of that took advantage of the high-level skills of guys like KJ and Tomi and Will. We ran baseline out of bounds stuff to score, wow! Really nice job of coaching, after weeks of comatose effort from staff. Great!

Cmon. Great win yes, but 73% shooting in 2nd half is not going to be an every night thing, by any team.
Of course not. I can only assume he was referring to the MUCH IMPROVED: effort, focus, and execution. Did you not notice how much more locked in we were? (It was night and day.)

IF we shoot even kinda bad…but put forth that kind of effort we’ll be a tough out in the BTT/in March.

Yeah, I’m in the same boat. Would love to watch live, but they play a lot better when I watch later.

I’ll take one for the team
lol, their last 2 wins was when I didn't have beers watching the game. So, I too decided to take one for the team with no beers during the game.

I guess I'll stick with it, ....... I don't want to jinks it!

How about having a pad under his girly arm sleeve? I think he was more banged up, than what was known. I hope for better health and wellness for these young men. Better Coaching from 10 million dollar staff, and leadership has got to be better and every game. I'm not going to get to jacked up by today, it was Minnesota.
Show me that against, UCLA, Michigan, Michigan st., DUKE, Purdue, etc. We shall see what coaching staff and this team is made of! I'm a hopeful and praying 🙏! I want to love this team and staff, but have been disgusted by inconsistent performance. Sure hope it has been sickness and injuries. I'm thinking No, at this point. We shall see. If we go out and shoot 30- 3's, I will figuratively throw my TV, out the front door. We know what works for our personnel, do it each game. Stilled scored 93, in a B10 game with only 13- 3 point shots. Kudos and continued success.

The boys really looked good tonight in all facets of the game...nice win....but I'm gonna hold back on my excitement and my optimism until I see next weeks 2 games....come on guys.....give me a reason to be optimistically excited!!

If I had to nitpick anything about today, I'd say the defense was just okay. Morez wasn't great today and White didn't really play, which could be the main contributors, but Minny was just 10-26 at the rim, they were 8-20 from 3, and just had too many open looks, particularly early.

I’m calling cap. Tomi had mono and played over 20 mins after not practicing for weeks and probably barely conditioning. Tomi has had the ankle and I’m sure he hasn’t practiced the last few days and played 30 mins
Tomi is a NBA bound 7 footer. Playing a team that really had no to one to match up with him. 60% Tomi is still effective. And with the fouls and match up issues Morez had there was no a good alternative on the bench. Tre's ceiling is probably good college basketball player with opportunity overseas for a few years. Brad had options. Ben was playing well and Will was on a heater, why play Tre even at 90%? And even if Brad is protecting his players from the stupid press, awesome. Better than throwing the players in front of that bus.

How did it take us so long to realize that if we run our offense through the bigs, it's a TOTALLY different dynamic. We are tough to stop. I'm happy we won(obviously), but am pi$$ed that we threw so many games away by not being self aware enough to make the change 5 games ago.
We had been doing that, then our key passing big got mono for basically a month. And we were terrible for a month. And people here wanted to fire the entire coaching staff.

Welcome to college fandom.

Had to watch this one recorded. Turns out it's much easier to win on the road with a short bench when everyone plays well.
