Great!!!
Sweet sweet victory. I know this is just a fun tournament, but still enjoyable to beat the Buckeyes in Columbus and send Aaron Craft home for good with a loss. Game shouldn’t even been that close with the home cooking though.

THAT was a lot of freaking fun to watch. Feliz was an animal. We finally sent Craft off to pasture once and for all. This is a really great way to get Illinois sports back in our lives.

I watched the first half and thought I recorded the second but I can't access it. Hoping for a replay as well
I'm not familiar with him outside of this tournament - but he has clearly been the weak link on offense. I hope he figures it out or the team adjusts.
Anyone know why Black isn't playing much? I expected his style to play well in a loose tournament like this.
IMHO, he looks a bit slow and out of shape.
Definitely think we can get better looks and shots than what he's taking. However on the defensive end, I think he's been pretty good for us with his size and length (although I don't think the stats show that)
Would’ve won going away if it wasn’t for the refs. Missed Goaltending, Fouling Diebler on a half court shot, Craft riding Feliz, 6 points in 5 seconds on two made threes with away from the ball foul, Craft moving on charge call, and that’s what I can remember.
Man, I am loving this! These games help feel a huge void for live team sports. It is great to see our former Illini kids again.

I read an article after the game, can't remember where, but LaTulip decided to move away from the structured plays in the 1st game and concentrate on finding mismatches in the 2nd. I thought they looked better in the first game. It's weird that the 1 seed would have more weaknesses to exploit than the 17th seed, but obviously it worked. In another article, Hill was saying to give the ball to Vinales for the last play because of a mismatch.
