Because it was played outdoors.
Illinois at Cincinnati (Exhibition), Saturday, October 17th, 4:00pm CT
I will be at the game next Saturday with my granddaughter. Section 215. I am only hour and 45 min away. Looking forward to it. Football season ticket holder but have never been to an ILLINI basketball game. Go ILLINI!
Even though it's only an exhibition game, I think you'll
A couple of hour drive for me as well. Sitting at half court in first section for $20

Seemed like we tried to win that Kansas exhibition a few years back, but I’m sure a lot of guys are going to get tick in this one.
Got my tickets! Behind the Illini bench 18th row. If it’s not available for streaming I promise to take some good videos to share with Loyalty

Looking at Cincy’s roster, they have several seniors and 5th year guys. They lost their top two scorers from last year in Miller and Thiam and the brought in a few transfers. I just want to get through the exhibitions with no further injuries but a win.
Brad intentionally schedules older teams for these exhibitions. I remember that Ole Miss team a couple years ago was loaded with 5th-year guys. Even though Jakucionis and Riley were the obvious high-end talents on the floor, we got a pretty rude awakening in terms of physicality that we just weren’t ready for

please just film the whole game
Livestream it! Become a Loyalty board LEGEND!
and probably none of them likes to lose at anything
I think Brad really hates losing, but I am sure he will tinker with line ups and sets and defensive looks
I don’t think he cares about the exhibition scores he’s all but said it in the past.
To an extent definitely, but imo a guy does not reach this level without hating to lose. I obviously don't know Brad personally, but I get the vibe he tries to win at everything (to an extent). The minutes allocation will not look like a regular season B10 game, but if it is a 2 possession game with 2 minutes to go do you think he will roll out fagbemi, Jakstys and Q. McCoy?
I was praying that with the release of the Big XII TV schedule, we'd get a broadcast announcement for this exhibition.
If anyone from the Big XII is reading this, please, think about the ad revenue from broadcasting this game... Reap the benefits of a fan base starved for basketball... If there's anyone from DIA here, can you please ask Cincy if we can send the B1G+ kids to stream it on YouTube... Think about the viewership...

- it's all ball bearings, nowadays
so, what channel is this on?
My father-in-law often catches Yankee games on YouTube from some random guy who livestreams the game from his phone... I always laughed at the notion of this...
Anyways, I think it will be similar to that if we're lucky enough to have some patriot livestream it from the nosebleeds...
We're at the mercy of illiniguy24.
i will be in sc 215 upper birth. I will try to do some videos. But that is not my cup of tea. I will try. Looks like a good crowd. Go Illini.
Mirk hopefully will be ready by the Tech game. So a little less than a month before that game. If not, the Duke game on the 17th.
Maybe Mirk could livestream it with commentary - must watch TV.
