Cali, our DB depth chart is absolutely horrid, and Adams was really solid there in HS. He's going to HAVE to be in the DB room, at least early on.

DE Nate Ulmor flipped from WMU to Minnesota, as did OL Kyle Sassack. Ulmor was one that had been mentioned as a possible target for us with Fleck's hiring, so that door is closed
They sit at 23 commits right now. I'm surprised we're not hearing more on commits flipping. They didn't have many high profile commits so it may be they don't have many options. Other schools probably moved on and have other targets ranked higher.
They flipped 8 from WMU thus far I believe. I wouldn't necessarily expect them to turn away some of the guys who were already committed, as quite a few of them are top in-state prospects from Minnesota
Well dead period ends this week. It’s been noted that Illinois will get a full class. Right now they sit with 17 commits and have several visits set-up the next few weeks. At a minimum you’d think they’ll add eight more players to this year’s class. That number may jump to 28 with the ability to over sign by three and four players enrolling early. My wish list (in order of most wanted) is based off who we know is visiting or has visited and listed Illinois in the final few schools.

Evidently, they were very impressed by Green's videos. Validation that we have a good one. A really good one. Kid should be in the rotation at DT from the get go. Should be a major load by the time he's an upperclassman.

Rumor has it that Boyd will visit Mizzou the weekend before signing day. I'm getting a little paranoid about all this now. Roberson was starting to like WSU a little bit, Don't know whats going on with Thomas and now Boyd visiting Mizzou?

It came from Frank Cusamano in STL. he has his own radio show and he said that he was going to visit. The rumor seems to be spreading to other places. Don't know if it's true or not?
Very reminiscent of Trevour Simms last year. Hopefully the staff can hold on to Lowe. Still have three or four OL that Illini are in on so it wouldn't be a huge loss. I like Lowe and hope he sticks. Can't teach size and he is a huge human being.
I think Lowe is really solid it's boyd that alot of ppl are worried about a potential visit on Jan 20. Don't know where I hear that. It might have been another board.
