I just watched some film of spann and I’m not trying to drink the Kool-Aid but I love him. He needs a lot of work like twangers said. But man he’s long, athletic and has a nice arm. The AJ bush comparison is very fair but I think spann might be a little better thrower. I would much rather have him than Dixon right now. Not to say Dixon isn’t very talented which he is. But for Rods system this is a slam dunk and when spann is re-ranked after ESP I would expect him to jump up a couple hundred spots to around 500 in the 247.

This kid has upper level pursuit ability. He also seems to flip a lot of runners on tackles. I haven't seen that many runners get flipped since "The Water Boy" in 98.

Interesting. Saw staff had a big home visit. Since then shipton, riggins, Davis committed. So, either DL is set or another spot (s) occupied/after higher priorities.
