Range :: Ave rank for 2019 (with 5 portal + Ford) / Ave rank for 2020

1-500 :: 167 (110) / 396 (55% drop)
1-1000 :: 515 (315) / 635 (20%)
1-1001+ :: 901 (701) / 1013 (12%)


And, based on the offer list for 2021 it does not seem too promising (so far), with all due respects to @Twangers

Look at some of the kids we even got to campus.... that’s prof that it mattered. And we had a dead coach until October do you think that mattered? Stats are nice and all but they aren’t the end all be all.

The word "better" is not a "demand", it is a word used to indicate urgency needed to attain certain goals, within a certain time frame. Par for the course. Done daily all over the world. For decades.

I’m very iffy on the kid eval wise but for those who liked him, Wesley Bailey ended up signing with Rutgers.

I would doubt he’s recruiting, Tulsa is a waste of time. That’s a fair point, I guess I don’t have an idea of what he’d doing there. I had not heard of that town but it’s apparently north of Tulsa by a ways. If he were trying to get to Norman he’s lost. If you want to get to Norman, you fly to OKC. Owen is literally like 45 minutes from the airport.

I’m waiting for the transfers (in and out) to settle before saying much, but I’m a bit disappointed in the class so far. It just feels like we came up short with what felt like real momentum. Again, there are opportunities still to happen. I do wonder if we can hit on transfers at the same rate we did last year which was incredible.

I think that opinion will probably be shared by many but I can tell you, for whatever you deem it worth, I’m actually quite happy. We signed some kids who can play some good football. This class is still at least 3 names light for my taste but I like the kids we’ve signed.

3 names light before transfers in or even after transfers in you’d just wish we had 3 more new guys?

We're not an option.

I've had 4-5 people mention to me and it's been stated by one of the most respected posters here that the focus in the transfer market is kids with immediate eligibility. If I were scouring the portal, that's where I'd start.

He went juco. It was surprising and I never heard anything. I’m assuming off field issues. He was a beast in juco, from what I’ve read
