One or two 4 stars would shoot us up a few spots. i wonder if a few of the 3 stars
might improve their ranking during their senior years? i feel like the kids we're on
might be under appreciated. LB form Utah, athlete from Morgan Park and receiver
from Tennessee? another question:is are these rankings impacted by where we
have been previously? Do you have to climb them slowly?

Griffin and Tuerk are both listed as 4 stars on another site.

Rivals is more optimistic of our class, but still fairly close to 247:

Rivals
Team Ranking: 32
Conference Ranking: 10
Conference Quality Recruit Ranking: 6 (!)

247
Team Ranking: 35
Conference Ranking: 10
Conference Quality Recruit Ranking: 10

I find they have some really good info the others don't.

Jesus. That was a tough watch. That speech confused me so much I’m not sure what I did today
You get the sense that's what he was hoping for at the time too 🤣. (If I keep talking, maybe everyone will forget what I'm saying....)

I’m gonna say something I never thought I’d say: I’m gonna choose Tim Beckman on this one. Lol

Weber’s plagiarism gets an
automatic last place IMO.
(It was botched at that.)

Does anyone know if we have a chance with Ricky Knight tomorrow?
Official visit:
ILL, FSU, Miami all this month
3 CB for FSU. 2 after their official, 1 a few days ago. All medium confidence.
FSU 1 safety commit. Surtain their primary recruiter, DB coach, assuming DB.

Which one do you think will go down in history as the most inspiring rallying cry by an Illini FB coach?

OSKEE "Our Success = Knowledge Effort Energy"
~or~
WIN(T) "Whatever Is Necessary (Today)"

to be fair , at the time , Bruce Weber was a good hire .

no one ever said that about Beckman. He was just an empty track suit .
Weber was not the best available candidate to replace Self. But RG refused even to consider Thad Matta, for whom Illinois was the proverbial dream job.

How many scholarships spots do we have left? How many are coaching staff going to leave open to take advantage of the portal?

Football recruiting has a lot more strategy than basketball because you need depth, it takes time for players to develop and players could be recruited as one position and develop into another
