Recruits recognize that there are only two true power conferences left, and want to be part of one of them. The perception among so many I have spoken with is that any school outside the B1G and SEC is second tier (with a couple of exceptions in ND and Clemson).
If a staff can position their team to be considered as sitting in the top half of the Power 2 conferences, they are going to attract a TON of high level recruits. Bret is getting us there. Really great stuff happening.
