Given court rulings on such restrictions (one might say restraints) I cannot believe this one would stand the first court challenge.
Losing any of him, Davis, Jacas, Scott would qualify.
Luke going to Tennessee wouldn’t make much sense unless it was COMPLETELY about a huge pay raise.
And if that were the case, BB has built up so much good will recently I bet he could go hat-in-hand to a big donor and match any offer.

Saw McMillan play last year when I went down to EIU's homecoming. Was part of a really talented offense for an OVC squad that dominated EIU's defense (as a lot of teams did last year). I think it's a handshake agreement between the members. They're afraid that if it's easy to head-hunt inside the conference, chaos will follow.
