Go be great, Trae. He’s a sophomore in high school. I did much dumber things when I was 15.

Best of luck to the kid, but really, best of luck to Nebraska on trying to keep him committed while going 5-7 the next two seasons and replacing his coach midway through his senior year.

Burning bridges is never the move, but especially not in the current college football landscape. And didn't work out too well for the last guy who did that...

Oh, there’s a ton wrong with it. Parents are well smart enough to know that that wasn’t OK. I’m giving the kid a pass, though if he’s going to have art come out to visit him less than a week before doing that I struggled to believe he’s really gonna do all of that to disrespect us. I don’t think he thought about us at all in that moment I think he thought about how funny it would be for a gotcha moment, but I truly don’t think he was thinking about how offensive that was to the staff that worked their butts off to get that kid. I am choosing to believe that he is just incredibly immature and really didn’t know better that something a kid can grow out of.

If he really did all that to our staff, though that hello, kid can go get bent.

Blitz that’s kids tail every play for the next 2-4 years (highly likely he transfers after 2years). Be merciless.
I dont know this young man’s background, grades, family life…….., but there’s “being cool” and then there’s being a punk! Even nice kids are stupid! A bit of life coaching would do him good.

Sad. I am sure the kid is a nice kid, but this will be remembered. Whoever instructed him to put the hat on and then throw it like trash should be ashamed. Especially a home state kid. Is he related to Cliff. Oh well we will get our 27 qb.

arrogant asinine behavior and purely an outcome of entitlement , probably set up by Ruhle and his classless staff.........still whining about us beating their huskless arse.......kid can pound sand .........zero class action and shows how phony he was in our recruitment of him.......another example of how far society has fallen in moral compass and judgment.......JMHO.........
