Are ALL CAPS required for white knight post policing, or are they optional?

No need for insulting the kid or hoping for dark endings, but big boy recruiting goes both ways. Old enough to get and accept the offer, old enough to do the right thing when announcing. And for sure old enough to know proper manners, kids half his age should have some concept of that.
