If I'm remembering previous post correctly, picking Auburn on Mom's birthday when Mom didn't like the Auburn visit would be rather cold....

Looks like he could be equally effective on the football field or in the board room.

Dilger was a workhorse, no doubt. Enjoyed watching him and the stability he brought. Best season I found for him at Illinois was 1994: 41rec 547yds 5td

I always think of Tim Brewster first. In 1983, running seam routes and across the middle.
59 rec 628yds 2 tds.

Found one reference to Brewster garnering second team all big ten
1982. Tim Brewster catch. Mike Bass field goal. Down goes those mangy badgers.

The weird thing is that the Badger announcers were talking about the Al Toon bounce lateral BEFORE the game. Said they had been practicing it all week. My buddy called into the Mike White show the following week and told him he should have someone listening to the opponents' announcers pregame show for just this reason. White asked my buddy, "What did you think of their announcers?". He replied, "At least they know what down it is". And that started a cascade of calls on the show criticizing our announcer, Dick Martin (he was terrible). And then the Tribune mentioned the kerfuffle the next day.

Absolute best-case scenario is getting the following:

J.C. Anderson
Mack Sutter
Isaiah Williams
Jacob Eberhart
Kai Pritchard
Nick Hankins
TBD Mid-Season Flip
Javari Barnett (keep)

Very unlikely all of those things happen, but even if this ends up reality:

One of Anderson or Sutter
Williams
Pritchard
Hankins

That would be one hell of a class finish
