it's great fun to dunk on our rivals, especially when warranted. but Iowa's primary issue with its pass offense hasn't been its pass catchers. QB and OC take most of the blame, by far
Stinson is a good get for them. I like our incoming WR group and 4 preps is too many. fully get why the focus has turned to an experienced WR

I was starting to wonder when this was going to happen. Predictions had him as a "lock" for Illinois.
Too early to say we “missed” … We are in the fight and as Bret said … He’s got more on the financial side than ever before …

Washington needs to add strength but he’s long and athletic. Get him on campus and have Tank bulk him up.
I don’t think it means we missed on those guys. We will add multiple juco and transfers. It’s worth taking a flyer on a prospect like this. The juco guys also cost less

Just seemed from everything that I saw online that Washington was pretty well ready to commit, Indy and Illiniam1984, confirmed this earlier. So assumed the staff was waiting for the other JUCO's to accept the commitment.
Can't imagine the staff taking more than 2 JUCOs unless they have unexpected attrition on the OL.
Feels like with the new $ and starting role we have to sell....
I'd get in the portal and grab a P4 starter/contributor. Also, maybe a talented G5 starter who looks ready to make the jump.

Prediction: Texas Tech, Miami, or if Dante Moore declares for the draft the West Linn, OR native picks the Ducks.
Guys on the bottom of the roster will get pushed out. It would be nice to get a big lead so we can see what guys like knapik, tuerk, McMillen and Hanson look like for next year.
Obviously we had a chance to do that against western Michigan and decided to keep the starters in…..
