Best signing day in what seems like forever. Hell of a job by the staff, hell of a job. And hell of a job by the players as well showing on the field how recruits can have success here. This turnaround we've had is no short of amazing, and I will forever be grateful for what we've seen since Josh and Bret were hired. Outstanding day.

Whenever I hear Bret talk or read his quotes you can sense he has a LONG TERM vision for what he wants and has a plan to go about getting there. It may not always be a straight line but I've never been more optimistic about the future of the football program. We could be fooled but he gives off the sense that he has a "10 year vision" type of thinking & intends to be the one to bring it home. Best recruiting class in forever & it feels way more sustainable than Zooker bringing in a few high end guys several of which flamed out because he was taking academic or behavioral risks on several of them.
We haven't "arrived" by any stretch & Bret has even said the same thing at times this year. But when we do "arrive" I don't we are just gonna be passing thru. This strong recruiting class just reinforces my confidence in him.
I'm as straight as they come but I don't think I could love a chubby 50 plus year old guy more than I do that guy.
