Agreed but unfortunately is the current state of college football.IU being a top destination football-wise now is gross… I hate it so much and just wish they’d lose so I don’t have to hear about them until next season lol

A&M does have endless money and a terrible kicker. Can’t blame him if it is substantial more cash.Could just be talk around campus but also heard he is transferring. Heard A&M. Getting paid, better weather, etc.
I have a number of A&M grads as friends. The fan base is the closest thing to a cult in college football. They are consumed with the kid brother syndrome as it pertains to Texas. Several of my friends are on the Texas pay sites just so 2 or 3 times a year they can go to that site after a Texas loss to watch the meltdown. They have more football traditions both sane and stupid than the law allows.A&M does have endless money and a terrible kicker. Can’t blame him if it is substantial more cash.
Jaiden Craig seems interesting too..
Don’t like the Indy like aboveA&M does have endless money and a terrible kicker. Can’t blame him if it is substantial more cash.
We should do better with what we’ve got sell wise. Fairly big uptick in competition to go from playing barely any FBS teams in your career to the big ten.Staff is focused on bigger fish …
Wish we kept Ethan M.If he Olano goes who is his backup? I don't think we recruited a field goal kicker.
we would need to find one from the portal .If he Olano goes who is his backup? I don't think we recruited a field goal kicker.

His OC from Old Dominion was just hired at Memphis. Could see Colton following him there and Memphis has some $ NIL to pay. What about this QB here? He was only a Sophmore last year. His passing numbers were better over his Freshman year. He also had a 1,000 yards rushing season. I believe he would have 2 years left. If we can't get any of the top 10 QB's, maybe he is one they could target? BTW, On3 site has as a top 100 transfer, so feel pretty good about him as a player. he could actually be considered as a top 10 QB by some.

Smart ones.or some team is throwing him a bag (also highly unlikely what teams are throwing bags at kickers?)
They got Lucas Osada from UNC last year. Not sure if he's any good but there's atleast one option currently on roster if in fact Olano does leavewe would need to find one from the portal .
I think it's more that A&M has super silly money and is able to outspend people on position players and kickersif A&M wants to spend silly money on Olano, godspeed, kid
Thank goodnessStaff is focused on bigger fish …
Having lived in the panhandle or Texas i know these guys literally pump oil dollars faster than they spend it. Some lost games over kickers. These schools with several oil billionaires have an advantage.agree . I have a hard time thinking this is true . makes no sense for a kicker
I'm no marketing expert...but I think "Land of Lincoln" could really play in today's NIL marketplace.Staff is focused on bigger fish …
While true, we're not going to play with the Texas schools, Oregon, Ohio St etc when it comes to money....A&M stealing singleton and olano from us would be quite disheartening. We’re still miles away from competing with the big boys in terms of $$.
Not exactly sure about that POV. Tulane, JMU, North Texas, etc… all have elite players. But they’ll all transfer out as soon as the market opens. It’s what separates those schools from the power conferences. While true, we're not going to play with the Texas schools, Oregon, Ohio St etc when it comes to money....
It shows just how far this program has come that it's even about the money. By having the type of players that the true elites are even interested in, we're going to have our hearts broke a few times.
I could be misinterpreting your comment, but if not, I think you're undervaluing Olano's contributions to the beloved. Watching these bowl games, I just keep thinking how fortunate we are to have him. Or, I guess, how fortunate we were to have had him.if A&M wants to spend silly money on Olano, godspeed, kid
