I think boyd can beat this out
1. What are Boyd's stats while playing power conference or CFP opponents?
2. Is it fair to look at Houser's stats while playing with a non-power conference team, but against power conference opponents? Would power conference tier offensive teammates have helped his stats in those couple of games?
3. How were Luke's stats as a sophomore? You know, the year he threw 4 interceptions in one game?
4. Is it encouraging to see Houser's stats improve year after year?

Just based on my IPA glazed eyeballs, I think we played a ton of 3-3-5.
Honestly, defenses are so wacky these days, hard to pin point a “base.”
Personally, I loved our “NASCAR” or turbo package that we played more in 24’.

With Walter’s we ran a lot of 5 man fronts. Since then it’s been a 3 man front. We aren’t switching from a 4-3 like the other post suggested

I’m starting to get the impression Bret didn’t like the defensive players last year 😂
Anyone who watched the games objectively could see that. Henry was coaching a unit that just wasn't very talented and had to try to change by trying to hide and protect his corners, who were undersized and not overly athletic, which having a defensive line that struggled to get home without blitzing....which can leave the corners on an island and the center of the field open. Our linebackers weren't exactly hear seeking missiles either.. Bret obviously agreed.

LOL — almost all of those are from 2 years ago when he was a RS freshman (on a terrible MSU team). Only the bottom four are from his time at ECU. Two of which include 366 yards and 285 yards performances.
And 2 TDs…
