All I can say is I really like our tourney chances next year if we can somehow get Tilmon and Badocchi in the fold.

During the coaching search, back when we thought we were in the running for Bennett, I recall posters debating whether recruits would enjoy playing for Bennett or if they would prefer playing for someone more uptempo (like Underwood).
I guess we're about to find out.
I can admit that I was on board for the Bennett hire. I think he is a solid coach and his system fits well in the Big Ten.
Can't comment on Underwood at the time because I can honestly say I neevr even considered him an option haha.

I was thinking a bubble team again but with Tilmon I'd think we'll be solidly in and might have a chance at making it past the first weekend.
For the record I fully expected this year's team to make it, and now that it appears that we have a coach who actually has an offensive system and can coach, I think we win 3-5 winnable games that Groce's teams didn't.
That being said, you are probably right.

Oh Hc definitely called it. I even made fun of him after tilmon retweeted his recommitment... and then took the nut kick when He decommitted
Again without solid info, JT is not committed to anyone . From all have read from time BU got here till now, he was committed, then decommitted. Coaching staff can't comment but you have to think the Main recruiter we have just committed Wednesday. Tilmon hasn't said zip for long time, methinks the Mizzou thing has something to do with that. Have another weekend to sit and wait and speculate. Hope for JT his grades are good and he doesn't wait too long. You snooze you lose

The subjunctive mood is the verb form used to express a wish, a suggestion, a command, or a condition that is contrary to fact. In this case, use of the subjunctive mood would dictate "was" becomes "were", as in "If I were a college basketball player . . . "

I would say that this crosses the line into blatant grammar snobbery, but since it appears the board is morphing into the topic of 80s music, please continue with grammar school.
