Now I'm really confused. This guy Bryan Clayton tweets that Groce is in WI this morning for an early morning tip to watch Wisconsin PGE. Too lazy to go see who is on that team. Kobe King (WI commit) I know. Maybe to watch another game with Lewis??

Lewis is with Playground Elite and it's a NY2LA tourney. Henricksen has been there all week and says the best player there is Lewis.
Joe Henricksen ‏@joehoopsreport Jul 7 Two days at NY2LA and an out-of-state kid, Terrence Lewis of Milwaukee, my personal favorite at event. Liked him in April, love him in July.

Yes. I just meant that they might not have the same relative value in a high-low or certain brands of motion. Also, if he's more of a scoring lead guard (which seems to be the case), there are a lot of coaches who are looking for different qualities at the point position. Obviously, every team needs quick guards who can shoot - just saying that Groce may see him as a strong contributor while a coach with a different philosophy may see him as a limited role player.

I know it's early, but what a run by Mokan Elite. Ridder has a rainbow shot, yet deadly. Young is a flat out baller.

I would also hesitate to say that there is any actual news. Just some smoke and rumblings (all good things).

There was some suggestion of a potential decision as early as Monday - but nothing actually set in stone at this point.

Perhaps that has to do with the relatively quiet nature of the board.

As if this would have actually mattered several years ago. Cliffmas and the circus that were the Elijah Thomas and Jawun Evans recruitments have simply soured a lot of us on jumping to conclusions or getting overly hopeful, perhaps for the better.

It just means that when they do commit, we will all be peeing ourselves with excitement.

Considering that none of these individuals grew up as extreme fans of a team while living in the town that team is based and getting a late offer from said team, these situations are very unlikely to be the same.

With the disclaimer that I know nothing, if Tilmon is convinced it's Illinois, why would he wait for his OV?
