You are correct...but so is he, essentially. Sometimes you can up that 90% when you actually have some intel. Like I've said for awhile, JS is unlikely going to UofI because we're 4th or 5th, at best, on his wish list. We might even be lower, but no way we are higher at this point.

I wish this was not true, but it is.

3 or 4 of those other schools have prioritized others over him. That being said I agree it is doubtful. Don't see UI taking another wing unless his last name is Wilkes. Maybe Eastern but I don't think that will happen either.

That doesn't always matter. If a school says that they can add 2 wings in a class, and the school offers what JS is looking for, he has no problem being one of those pairs.

Kid's got a pretty good head on his shoulders and knows what he's looking for in a college. Unfortunately, there was something on his UofI visit that rubbed him the wrong way and turned him off of UofI as a program. While we know that some folks just love Coach Groce and staff, keep in mind that there are some others who may not mesh. And to be clear, the issue here wasn't Groce.

Abu Kigab is scheduled to visit on Sept. 16. He's probably the most likely wing option left on our list of targets.

Right now, we have two OVs scheduled - Paul Scruggs and Abu Kigab. I assume we take Scruggs in a heartbeat, but what about Kigab? If he wants to commit over his Sunday pancakes, do we take him then and there? If not, then why schedule an OV?
