I have not seen a Late Nite in The Phog attendee list, but it will be pretty telling if Ayo's name is on the list. Date for the event is Sept. 30th.

Wake Forest is in competition for Ayo as is USC, but they are definitely not the leaders in this recruitment.

While I do feel that we got the better coach and will be better in the long run because of it, Illinois fans, outside of apparently you and S&C, would not be immune to the head rush of suddenly having an elite incoming class with multiple lottery picks.

You're not being objective. While he is a slimeball and a poor Xs and Os coach, most Illini fans would be delirious bringing in the kind of talent he's getting.

Not this Illini fan. What is happening at misery isn't what would have happerned here had CM been hired by UI. Is someone trying to change the narrative that was floating around here during the hiring process, that the Porters were never going to follow CM here?
