I believe the "COVID+1" free scholarship rule only applies if the senior stays with the same school he was at last season, so yes he would count

From what I gather, everyone gets an extra year. Will super-seniors count in futures seasons? How about non-seniors who transfer now?

Really like the idea of longer guards but am convinced quickness is critical on defense and Plummer looks very quick. Belo’s rebounding nos are an example, amazing for his height.

The key word is "return". Plummer cannot return to the beloved, as he has never been here. He can only return to Utah.

You may be correct, but I would argue you easily interpret that as returning to college as a general statement, not specific to the same university.
