Frazier was always scrappy and had that sacrifice for the best of the team mentality......he is our best pickup this offseason. He is sincere and preaching from his heart to these young men because he has lived the Illini way and knows what it offers

Disturbed to find out that Epps was 120% committed to Providence before decommitting. And is now only 100% committed to Illinois. I think I might hold off on celebrating....

Epps picked Illinois over N.C. State, Connecticut and Kansas.
“It was the relationship that I have with the coaching staff and the system that they run,” Epps said. “They really prioritized me and showed me that they wanted me there. I really trust in what they’re doing there and I feel like that’s the place where I’d be the most successful.”
