Actually, DEFCON 1 is the worst. Yesterday was more like a 2. You’ll see DEFCON 1 when Tipton posts the Kofi to UK edit. If that comes to pass it will be worse than Cliffmas and IDKWTI to IU. Combined.
- Clearly #1 . I’m glad to see a lot of the posts from yesterday deleted, it was a train wreck.
- Rivals has Harris as a top 60 recruit and Epps not far behind with a huge rise in the rankings.

Yes I was. Losing a verbally committed recruit to IU was bad. Losing a pre-season All American who we all have been cheering for the past two seasons, to the historically corrupt program that just pilfered two of our ACs, would be worse to me.

We also lost a highly rated PG whom I believe de committed from us to join Louisville. And it wasn’t just Cliff Alexander choosing Kansas, it was how he did it. So much hope for months, then it started waning in the last week, and then he picks up the Illini cap and put it back down. Dark dark times.
He’s not, would have to be next year or he’d have to get a waiver I think

If Kofi leaves and regresses at UK after he was developed into a second team AA as a sophomore here, it actually could be a win for the program and a loss for Kentucky in the long run. The narrative becomes “come here to get better or go there to get worse.”
That’s it! Things got worse and worse and worse that week. I was half expecting my dog to die or something.

hard to envision that happening though given that it would essentially be the same coaching staff that got him to AA level
