Illinois Hoops Recruiting Thread (Week of June 21st, 2021)

The stars are in total alignment this year for Glenbard West hoops (which is a flippin' miracle, if you're aware of their history*). They are extremely long (6' 9", 6' 8", 6' 7", 6' 5", 6' 3") and very skilled. Hard to believe, but they are one of the favorites for the 4A title. They've beaten a lot of very good teams this summer, including Kenwood twice (if it's true that they beat them today).

* - As an alum, I would know, lol

Yeah, the West Suburban conferences have never really been known for their hoops prowess, but once in a blue moon they have a star or two who can make their team legit (see Shumpert, Iman).
