How long has Chester been on the job? 6 weeks? Absolutely killing it. Bodes very well for our future.

Epps was one of the keys to this class IMO. We needed someone to take the keys after Belo and he fits the bill perfectly. Huge, huge get.

Not only did Chester just start this job, he's been probably mostly securing these alone with just Brad. Most of these you'll have 2 elite recruiters and 1 is mostly attributed. Chester is working working.
