Here is a brand spanking new player evaluation on Cam Whitmore, equipped with 75+ film clips and pretty much everything you need to know about his game: Player Evaluation.
I just have to laugh at how Foran says every guy we offer is going to be a problem at the next level or something like that. How can you project any predictions to the next level based on this clip? This guy could be great, I have no idea, but like the tallest defender he's up against is a full head shorter than him.

Foran is a fan, not an objective journalist or evaluator. Interpret accordingly.
I mean, so are we all on here (albeit with significantly smaller online presences), and we give each other a hard time about stuff like this too.
It’s potentially interesting he hasn’t pulled the trigger on Nova yet. Any chance he is having second thoughts?

I’m guessing he was close to committing to Nova but we asked him to hold off. Out of respect for CF and the fact that he actually does like our program, he obliged.

Ehh, I don't think this is a thing. In my opinion, holding off on committing isn't a sign of respect. I would imagine if he's going to commit elsewhere, our staff would just want it to be done with so they can move on to the next target.
If he doesn't commit to Nova by this week, I'll feel better about our chances.

Not sure if been mentioned, but Illini recently offered 2024 PG Curtis Givens from Memphis.
Agree with you. Holding off a commitment shows no respect for the losing team, outside of the remote chance that you announce a day or so after a visit.
I was more implying he’s holding off committing because we asked him to hear one more pitch from us.
Not simply delaying the commitment just because he likes us.
Maybe Whitmore let it out that he’d be committing soon and CF went to him (knowing we weren’t the top team) and asked him to delay so we can put together one lastpitch.
CW would say no to most other folks but won’t say no to CF because of their relationship. (If it truly is that strong) This explains the delay but no change in CBs.
It’s all just speculation, I’m just throwin out ideas.
Maybe something changed and he is delaying for another reason. Or maybe he’s just waiting for a Tipton edit…
