A natural NIL tie-in with Po' Boys in Urbana (apparently they have the recipe from the original in Champaign). I went to pick-up food once at the old hole-in-the-wall in Champaign and Efrem Winters was sitting on the counter chatting up the girls working the register.

Efrem used to hang out in Illini Union pool room with his custom pool cue (he had a nice case). Hard to miss a 6"10 240 lb center. Laid back guy.
Lot of good potential transfer names have been thrown around, but as of yet none of them are in portal I don’t think. Not as big a name as some of those, but saw that Joe Bamisile from GW just entered portal. Never seen him play, but the 6-4 guard averaged 16.3 ppg, 5 rpg and 1.3 apg this year. Only shot 35.1 from 3 (making 2 per game) but 45.8 overall, so maybe not sharpshooter we’d want. Oh yeah, played at Va Tech last year, so Chester is familiar with him.
Hopefully not the only time the two will play together...

I don't know why we would. With Epps, Harris, and potentially Skyy coming in on top of already having a few guards, I don't see it.
Also, we never offered him in the first place.

I don't think we will either, unless we get a ton of guys transferring out, but I will note that at the time he committed to Xavier, Tim Anderson had not yet been added to the staff. He's also flown up the recruit rankings since then, which presumably means he's been playing well. So hypothetically, with Anderson's connection to Craft's AAU club (Meanstreets), he could be a guy we have more interest in now than we did during his initial recruitment.
Kam is also 6’6” so could play SF alongside 2 shorter guards.
