really hope the transfer 4 is a big get if this is the case. I know Hawkins had his struggles, but he was playing pretty darn well towards the end of the season and I was looking forward to watching him get even better next year.

I will say a lineup of Ty, RJ, Goode, Dainja, and Kofi on the court together intrigues me.
I dunno man, I know some of you are salivating over the potential transfers but I'm a little worried about the apparent dismantling of a roster that just won a share of the conference title. I'm sure we'll bring in some great players, but I also remember a lot of people on here thought Payne would be a big upgrade over Giorgi. Staff has my full trust though, just a tad nervous.

What are Dainja's offensive abilities? I unfortunately do not know much about his game

Swap out Dainja, Ty, and Goode and swap in Clark, Love, and [4-man transfer], and I'm good.
Give me Ty as our 6th man, do-it-all player off the bench.
Give me Goode as a plug-it-in player, depending on matchups.
Give me Dainja as a backup to Kofi and let him play alongside him on occasion.
Yea, Hawkins and Melendez are the two I really don't want to lose. Anyone else and yea its always a bummer but those two I think could be stars next year. From what's been posted here sounds like Hawkins is gone. Surprises me cause I thought his Dad has shown major support for Brad even when Coleman wasn't playing and he went from barely playing to starting in the NCAA tourney. I would have thought he was much happier now.

I think developing a program that the freshman generally stay through year 2 is a healthy environment in today's culture. If you haven't carved out a role after 2 years, I understand the desire to leave. But if the culture is enticing enough to keep you even with minimal playing time freshman year that speaks volumes

I hope if Belo does want to go he doesn't want to play with Zed. Unless they both hit the portal and leave the B1G. I could see Hawkins wanting to get back close to home. Hate to see any departures but kids are gonna do what is best for their situation. Wish them all the best, no matter where they play at the end of the day.
Does Houston have a true guard in the lineup? Arizona has 1....Arkansas doesn't really have a guard in the lineup either....Long and athletic, can switch almost everything....and Ty can handle the basketball.
Hawkins would be a bit of a surprise given the late season surge.
Curbelo hurts but I get it (fresh start for everyone)
BBV could have some success at a different level to parlay into a Euro contract when he goes back home and that could be his reasoning
Lieb will come off the list when he graduates and that could be this spring depending on major. Possible grad assistant transition
Hutch and Grandy would be in a COVID year and I don't think that will be as much of a thing next year as it was this year with the free extra scholarships
Payne with Kofi back would have to be looking at Dainja as the new guy coming to take his role.
Kid has a lot of game....if he can keep losing weight and keep it off watch out. dudes been great on scout team.

One thing to remember with ColeHawk, his GF just entered the transfer portal. That could be a big clue on what's going on.
Who do you have initiating the offense Ty or Rj? Think you need a Skyy or Epps in there to take the bulk of the ball handling.
