Hmmmm while I understand him supporting her, not sure following her is the wisest move, hope he gives it strong consideration. Makes the best decision for himself and that said decision is to remain.
yeah..it's not like Alabama is any good at basketball.

He's not and he won't. Highest I've seen him on any mock is in the mid 50s and he doesn't even show up at all in most mocks. He's most likely playing overseas or in the G League next year if he leaves, and it appears he's making more in NIL than he would on a G League or overseas deal.
Thanks, makes some sense, but I still don't expect him back. Not that I am right or remotely confident he will leave, but If I were Dainja, I would get in shape. Input appreciated.

They're not terrible but ended the season on a four game losing streak and only one guy on the team bothered to show up for the optional shoot around before Notre Dame bounced them. Were they even ranked heading into the tourney?

Did not say there were not, but first and foremost they are a football school and a damn good one. Just do not think CoHawk is wired for the deep south

Ramey is 6'3", is that long enough?
I get wanting to be longer overall as a team, that's a great idea, but it seems like some on this board are getting a little over-obsessed with everyone fitting a certain mold. If there are shorter guards out there that can help our team we shouldn't reject them solely based on height. Jalen Brunson is only 6'1" and he led his team to 2 tournament titles and won NPOY. Maybe having a rotation full of undersized guards would be a problem, but having one very skilled undersized guard is not going to hurt us.

Other than recalling the name, don't know anything about Ramey. I looked up his statistics, and looks like he rates as a average to good offensive player, pretty decent 3-point shooter, and a good defender. Fairly low usage rate despite playing a good chunk of minutes at Texas. Can anyone else fill in the blanks for me?
Can he handle the point, is he springy, etc. I know a lot of you have St Louis area ties. Thanks in advance.

Oh come on... I made one more name thing (an actual Harry Johnson) and killed LAD??? I’m finally up (well, for about 10 more minutes anyway). Don’t hang this on my neck. I think we have 12 transfers ready to commit! (No, no I don’t. But I don’t have anything else). I am super excited that Hawkins seems to be back. My favorite player!

Nothing can kill LAD.

As someone who lives in Austin and has seen a considerable amount of UT basketball, Ramey has been downright bad in the games I’ve seen. Inconsistent. Bad shooter. Poor decision maker. Selfish at times. It’s kind of crazy how negative I turned toward him, because I liked him a lot coming out of HS, really wanted him for us, and thought Texas got a great one.

There are quite a few other people I know down here, UT fans and non fans alike that know basketball, that feel the same.

Fun to watch in high school, but
I believe we are aiming a little more Skyy high.
