So what, like TSJ, McCullar and RJ at the 2,3 and 4 respectively? And what happens if we get Nance?they will both start
What about RJ then?
If we get Nance and an experienced back-up PG (like A. Feliz), we will be loaded!I actually see them as all interchangeable bigs capable of executing certain things depending upon what the gameplan is. All will be expected to rebound well and protect the paint. What we need from them offensively and fouls will dictate the minute distribution.
Not an insider, but in the case that we get McCullar and Nance, I think Nance starts at the 5 and Coleman likely departs. So what, like TSJ, McCullar and RJ at the 2,3 and 4 respectively? And what happens if we get Nance?

But CH won't start then? (I suppose we will find a veteran guard and a big?)they will both start

We might regret though if he departs because he might blow up. However, I rather bank on TSJ/Lance because they are more sure things. Also, I feel bad for none 5 star (or near 5 star) freshmen these days (we will have three of them.)While I like Hawkins, he’s too inconsistent to be in the starting lineup for a team with national championship aspirations. Just my opinion. Love him off the bench.
The original "they" was in regard to McCullar, who is not included in your suggested lineupSkyy, TSJ, RJ, Hawkins, Center
They could all start. Additional transfers obviously complicate that.

Recruiting is a flat circleI don't know why everyone's so surprised about TSJ. I've known he's been coming here for over a month.

Starting two 6'7" in TSJ and RJ together is definitely acceptable IMO but I suspect we might find a shorter veteran guard.Skyy, TSJ, RJ, Hawkins, Center

Hang tight. Not saying McCullar will be here but game recognize game… especially when his guy TSJ is excited and committed. The roster turnover has been tough but the Illini brand is back and people want to come or check the team out.TSJ and McCullar would both be coming from the #1 defense in the country from the past season. Both are elite defenders with McCullar being arguably the best wing defender in all of college basketball.
Even with Trent and Damonte leaving, we would somehow be improving defense.
Lol facts... give me:Some of ya'll gotta stop trying to fit everyone into traditional 1-5 roles. It's not 1987 anymore.
