Nope... nothing new from me either. But when someone does break some good/bad news, I'd like to be able to swiftly find the post and not have to worry about essentially scrolling through a 5th grader's camera roll full of worn-out GIFs and unfunny material.

I agree I once got banned temporarily for changing the subject of a thread. I don’t know why all these gifs that have absolutely nothing to do with basketball are allowedThis thread is ruined by all the cute stuff involving silly video clips. Could we please confine ourselves to relevant information about recruits or potential transfers? Thank you.
This post seemed to get skipped by most.Matthew Mayer endorses this post.
Good question. What, in the NIL area, would the Illini program offer that our competitors formerly attracting IL recruits don't? It seems to me that the NIL sitch among Power Conference schools doesn't afford anyone a competitive advantage. It seems akin to a transparent technological advancement that isn't patent-protected: all competitors avail themselves of it and, while consumers benefit from a better or more-efficiently fabricated product, none of the producers are able to earn marginal rents at their competitors' expense. With nil will we now have a better chance with top recruits from Illinois?

And please accept my humble apologies for offering a post actually related to recruiting.
